Change

In everyday life we are constantly faced with situations where we have no choice but to embrace change.

Sometimes this change is self-imposed, at other times it may be dictated by external factors.

Change is a constant in today’s workplace.  As a manager you can contact our Counsellors for advice that can work in tandem with the information you are already receiving from your HR Team. Change at work can generate strong emotions and as a manager it is important that you communicate effectively with your staff - often there are difficult conversations to be had but with the right planning, preparation and focus these can be successful development areas for all involved.  Our Counsellors are here to help with these conversations and can coach or mentor to support you.
