Management Support - Service Outline
You can expect the following from the management support aspect of your EAP contract:
- You can access immediate Management support via the dedicated, free phone telephone helpline (0800 111 6385) as often as you wish. Lines are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- If the Management Consultants are all busy and we take a message from you - you will be called back on the same day
- If your call is complex and you need an appointment call back, you will be contacted by telephone or on occasions by e-mail within 5 working days of your contact
- Support is available Monday to Friday on working days and Government privilege holidays, it is not available on Bank Holidays
